We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Important Exception
For hygiene reasons, our Summer Sweaters (due to their lightweight, intimate-wear nature) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed
