Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most of our collection. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, our Summer Sweaters (due to their lightweight, intimate-wear nature) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  3. Wait for approval – Our San Francisco team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship your return using the provided shipping label (return shipping fees apply)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the refund is processed.
